Youth Members Saber and Epee Training Class (ages 6 - 12.9)
This class is for members only.  Our youth fencers attend this class to prepare for competition.  Included in this class are: warm-ups, conditioning, stretching, speed and agility exercises, drills with and without weapons, and open bouting.  Some fencers may receive private lessons during the class time.

Adult Members Saber and Epee Training Class (ages 13+)
This class is for members only.  Our teenage and adult fencers attend this class to prepare for competition.  Included in this class are: warm-ups, conditioning, stretching, speed and agility exercises, drills with and without weapons, and open bouting.  Some fencers receive private lessons with a coach.
 Tuesday  3:45 - 4:45PM
 Beginning Youth Fencing Class (ages 6 - 12.9)
This class is part of a six-week class cycle (check here for start of new classes) for kids.  We teach all the basic elements of the sport to those with no prior knowledge of the sport.  By the end of the six weeks, the student should know how to move, attack, defend and some basic tactics for success.  When ready, those graduating from this class may join the club and practice with our members.

 Adult Members Foil, Epee and Saber Bouting Night (ages 13+)
This class is for members only.  More training, but for all three weapons.  On occasions, we hold impromptu team matches (old folks against the teenagers, boys vs girls) to end the evening.  It’s a great time to watch some inspired fencing.
 Saturday  1:00 - 5:00PM
Elite Competitive Training (all ages)
This class is held on most Saturdays (not all) and is intended for those who are actively striving to succeed in the sport.  This (mostly) weekly training will involve a lot more conditioning, speed drills, flexibility, and endurance.   On occasions, we discuss mental and psychological training.  Members only, and expect to work hard!
